🏗️ MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All our helmets are made to order, specifically crafted for each customer.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun.
⚠️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Orders can only be changed or canceled within 72 hours of purchase
• After this period, production may have already started.
🔄 RETURNS
In certain cases, returns may be accepted upon request.
To be eligible for a return:
• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• The helmet must be returned in perfect, unused condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Any applicable customs fees, duties, or import charges must be covered by the customer.
• A valid tracking number must be provided for the return shipment.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
🛡️ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your helmet arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review your case and, if approved, provide an appropriate solution.
📦 SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
All helmets are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
We are not responsible for damage caused during transit if shipping insurance was not selected at checkout.

Shipping insurance is available at checkout for additional protection and peace of mind when purchasing high-value collectibles.
